The Mdina Experience

Exploring Malta and its fascinating history on foot is all well and good. It’s nice to get in amongst the action. But, once in a while, you just want to sit back and let someone else talk you through it. And that’s where the Mdina Experience comes in.

This audio visual tour manages to cram 3,000 years of history into a hugely enjoyable 25-minute show, covering everything from the earthquake that half destroyed the city, to the passion and determination of the knights who rebuilt it.

Mdina was once the capital city of Malta and, as such, has played a fantastically important role in the history of the country. A role that far outweighs its diminutive size.

The Mdina Experience uses high-resolution projection systems to bring the history alive on the large screen. Headsets bring you superb surround sound in a wide variety of different languages.

Housed in a medieval building, the Mdina Experience is a perfect blend of modern technology and ancient history.
